The NLPt therapeutic approach is grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique inner world, with warmth as the foundation of a safe therapeutic process. In my work, I maintain a positive stance and trust in the capacity for change—because people often need someone who can see their potential before they can see it themselves. Through continuous support and gentle guidance, we explore patterns of thinking, feeling, and behavior that shape lived experience. I practice full transparency, as an honest and clear relationship is essential for building trust and enabling genuine transformation. Above all, I believe in the power of relationship—people heal through connection, and a strong therapeutic alliance can become a key space for profound personal change.
I support clients facing loneliness, anxiety across different life situations and roles, as well as challenges such as loss, relationship breakups, and work-related stress. My work includes processing difficult emotions, phobias, and relational issues, while supporting the development of self-esteem, self-confidence, a positive self-image, and healthy assertive communication. I also work with themes such as dissatisfaction with life stages, procrastination, emotional eating, obesity, limiting beliefs, boundary setting, and life transitions. In addition to individual therapy, I facilitate group programs in mindfulness, autogenic training, and progressive muscle relaxation to support emotional regulation and bodily calm.
